Yes, the cruise must be booked in advance via our online booking interface. By booking you will not only receive a guaranteed place, but also a 10% discount on the price of the cruise when paying online.
No, it is not possible to book a particular place or table, but you can purchase an upgrade for a table by the window on a Prague by Night cruise. We can book a separate table (without selecting its location) for you when you buy four or more tickets for any gastronomic cruise.
For each cruise it is possible to buy cheaper tickets for children from 3 to 11 years old. Children under 3 are free. We currently do not offer a discount for students and seniors.
We advise you to check-in 20–30 minutes before departure. Check-in takes place at the sales window on Pier No. 3 and closes 10 minutes before the cruise begins. You need to board at least 5 minutes before departure.
Before each cruise, it is necessary to check-in at the sales window at Pier No. 5 (Dvořák Embankment below Čech Bridge). At check-in you will receive boarding instructions. Check-in closes 10 minutes before departure. You need to board at least 5 minutes before departure. All our boats sail from the Dvořák Embankment and are only a 3-minute stroll from the check-in place.
Yes, you just need to show the e-ticket on your mobile at check-in (sales window at Pier No. 5) and we will print your boarding pass on the spot.
We only guarantee a specific type of boat for selected cruises. Our fleet is the most modern in Prague and all our boats are in perfect technical condition.

Yes, but for operational and security reasons, you need to ask in advance for a particular cruise and date. The crew on each of our boats is ready to assist people in a mechanical wheelchair or using compensatory aids of comparable weight and size. Electric wheelchair users can only check in for cruises on barrier-free boats (Grand Bohemia, Bohemia Rhapsody, Agnes de Bohemia). For security reasons, we reserve the right to limit the number of wheelchairs or other compensation aids on board.
No, in accordance with hygiene rules gastronomic cruises unfortunately prohibit animals on board except for working guide dogs. Dogs with a muzzle are allowed on sightseeing cruises.
Yes, we have dedicated outdoor smoking areas on all boats. However, all interior spaces are strictly non-smoking.
Yes, our boats are in operation all year round. In the winter season all boats are heated and in the summer they are air-conditioned. The timetable varies by season; please visit our website for the current cruise schedule. Under exceptional circumstances (e.g. floods), the authorities may restrict or prohibit navigation on the Vltava River; this information will always be provided on our website.
No, unfortunately parking on the riverside is only possible with a special permit issued by the OPERATOR AND ADMINISTRATOR OF PRAGUE EMBANKMENTS. Paid public parking is 400 metres from the check-in point and can be found at the Rudolfinum Garages (Alšovo nábřeží 12, Prague 1).
Yes, you can use free Wi-Fi on all our regular cruises. The service is not guaranteed, and may be limited or unavailable for technical reasons.
Yes, there are toilets on all the big boats. The small boats that sail to the Devil's Channel do not have toilets. It is possible to use the public toilets in the pillar of Čech Bridge.
